Sensory Friendly Films is a special opportunity for people living with autism. And others to enjoy films in a safe, accepting environment every month. Audience members with sensory needs will enjoy brightened lights. And a lower sound volume and the freedom to get up, dance, walk, shout, or sing at any time during the show.
Developed in 2007 by AMC Theatres and the Autism Society of America. Sensory Friendly Films is a nationwide program. On Saturday mornings, these screenings feature movies. and mature-audience films on Wednesday evenings.
But these screenings are not available in every venue. These are available at a variety of sites across the area. AMC DINE-IN Easton Town Center 30 and Grove City 14 are included.
